Automated Product Authorization PageClick this link to go to the Authorization Form to authorize your SongFrame or Chirp software purchase. If you receive an EMAIL telling you there was a problem with authorization, you can EMAIL your Challenge Code, Product Name and Serial Number to authorize@tanageraudioworks.com and we'll EMAIL back a Response Code for you as soon as possible. If your target computer is not connected to the Internet, download these files, copy them to a stick and install the demo. For 64 Bit Windows users - the only difference between SongFrame and Chirp for 64 Bit use is the Pace Interlok Drivers that are required. Pace Interlok (the makers if the iLOK key) supply our anti-piracy system, so we install their drivers during installation. You can grab the latest drivers from their website at www.paceap.com OR download them from our site from: Pace Interlok 64 Bit Windows Drivers Demo LinksWindows 7 Update InformationAll Tanager AudioWorks products are compatible with Windows 7. For users of SongFrame or Chirp upgrading to Windows 7, it is possible you'll have to re-install the LoopBe30 MIDI Loopback driver utility. The latest version is compatible with Windows 7, but sometimes after an upgrade this utility doesn't work until re-installation. Click here to download the installer. Also - users of SongFrame or Chirp may need to re-authorize their installations after upgrading to Windows 7. See the section above to access the authorization page. Last - if you are upgrading from Windows XP to Windows 7 and need the original installers or your serial number for any Tanager AudioWorks product, please EMAIL us at support@tanageraudioworks.com and let us know what you need. This will not affect any songs you have written that are stored in your "My SongFrame Songs" folder - only the program-oriented files are updated under C:\Program Files\SongFrame. No serial number is needed, and this also will work to bring any non 8.56 demo version up to the latest. (Be sure you are running Build 8.43 or higher to install this patch.) You can verify your version by clicking the SongFrame -> About menu. For users of older versions please contact us via the Tech Support form below. Mac UpdatesThe latest Mac Build is also 8.56. You can verify your version by clicking the SongFrame -> About menu. To update, drag your existing SongFrame installation to the Trash and download and install from the link below. (Don't worry - your songs are stored under the "My SongFrame Songs" folder which is not under the Applications folder.) You will need your serial number to complete the installation -it was in the original EMAIL we sent when you ordered SongFrame. Latest Version DownloadsIf you need the latest full installer file for your Tanager AudioWorks product, you can find it below. If you are planning to use these installer files, please un-install your current copy and install from these files. You will need your serial number to complete the installation, and there is an authorization (challenge/response) step before you can use your software. (Depending on the age of your existing installation, you might need to re-authorize your software. See the Authorization instructions at the top of this page.) Attention Mac users - the installer will ask you for your password - use your serial number for that.
